Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Senior Specialist for Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Business Applications

You will be responsible for working on assigned tasks and work packages while implementing inquiries and projects in the customers’ Microsoft environment. You will work closely with the team of Microsoft Consultants and Architects as well as with different areas on our side and on our customers' side to understand their requirements, develop tailor-made solutions that meet their business needs, to implement and operate them.

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- Proven experience in implementation- and migration projects with responsibility on progress and results of assigned work packages
- In-depth knowledge of the entire Microsoft ecosystem, especially in the solution areas of:
· Modern Work (EXO, SPO, Teams)
· Security
· Identity & Access-Management
· Endpoint Management
· Business Applications - Good knowledge of Microsoft license plans
- Several years of practical experience, preferably in Microsoft public cloud environments.
- Skills in generating scripts with different programming languages
- Experience in using Microsoft- and 3rd party tools and applications for implementations and migrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on mentality
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
- Ability to work in a team and a structured, independent way of working.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and certification
- Solid written and spoken English skills (preferably C1 level)
- German skills (at least B2 level) is a strong plus
Certifications:
Ideally, you round off your profile with current Microsoft certifications and underline your expertise in addition to your practical experience.
