- Activate and nurture an established network within the Spanish Retail or IT Services market to identify and qualify business opportunities from day one.
- Establish and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring the achievement of new client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Thoroughly understand the needs and challenges of potential clients to propose tailored IT solutions, with a particular focus on modern IT architectures, cloud environments, and managed services.
Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure value propositions are attractive, viable, and aligned with the company's capabilities.
Comprehensive Sales Cycle Management:
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, manage objections, and build strong, trusting relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify new growth areas and market segments within the Retail or IT Services sector in Spain.
- Actively contribute to market entry and expansion strategies, leveraging local knowledge and an entrepreneurial mindset to detect trends and opportunities.
- Maintain fluid and professional communication in both Spanish and English (and German, if applicable) with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings, strengthening the brand and generating new connections.

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- Proven Sales Experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or managed services – ideally with mid-sized or enterprise clients in Spain
- Strong network in one or more of the following industries: Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Professional Services
- Successful track record of acquiring new business and managing long-term client relationships
- Ability to sell complex IT solutions, including service desks, infrastructure outsourcing, and cloud modernization projects
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills – both strategic and operational
- Fluent in Spanish and English – German is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise technologies
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud operations (e.g., servers, databases, networking, firewalls, Active Directory)
- Experience working with or within international or nearshore delivery models is an advantage
- Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel regionally (Spain) for client meetings
