- • Lead and develop a team of engineers in Cloud & Application Operations
• Own end-to-end delivery quality for cloud-based services and application operations
• Act as a technical solution enabler, driving customer-focused cloud and application solutions and supporting business development in the Spanish market in close collaboration with sales, consulting and delivery teams.
• Develop and evolve the service portfolio in the area of Cloud & Application Operations
• Ensure high service quality, stability, and continuous improvement across customer environments
• Take ownership of customer-facing services, including alignment on contracts, SLAs, and delivery expectations
• Identify and drive innovation topics (e.g., cloud platforms, AI, DevOps practices, automation)

- • Strong background in Cloud Operations, DevOps, and Application Management
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure)
• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams
• Solid understanding of managed services, service delivery, and customer operations models
• Experience in technical presales / solution design and customer-facing roles
• Ability to connect technical solutions with customer business needs
• Strong communication skills, especially in customer and sales contexts
• Experience working with service contracts, SLAs, and delivery governance
• Proactive mindset with focus on innovation, optimization, and continuous improvement
