Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Consultant for Microsoft 365 Copilot
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
- Advising our customers on the evaluation, implementation and optimization of Microsoft 365 AI solutions
- Analysis of the IT architecture and application landscape of our customers and development of tailor-made AI using Microsoft Copilot solutions.
- Conducting security audits and assessments, as well as creating
- Conceptual integration with the security-related components of Microsoft 365 E3 and E5.
- Development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies for the use of generative AI and AI solutions
- Conducting compliance audits and risk analyses
- Train and support our customers' IT teams on how to use Microsoft 365 AI tools, including multi-factor authentication solutions and identity protection.
- Constant training and monitoring of trends and developments in the field of AI.
- Delivery of "Copilot Power Envisioning & POC", "Copilot Deployment Acceleartor" and other engagements as well as implementation of individual AI projects with our customers.

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the entire Microsoft ecosystem (all solution areas and/or product areas)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft license plans
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program with the associated funding and incentives
- Several years of practical experience in the field of AI and consulting, preferably in the Microsoft 365 environment.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft AI components
- Experience in conducting compliance audits and risk analyses
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
- Ability to work in a team and a structured, independent way of working.
- Willingness to undergo continuous training
- Good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in each case)
