- Conception and further development of internal and external training courses
- Development, introduction and optimisation of tool-supported personnel development methods
- Maintenance and administration of training databases and digital applications such as SuccessFactors or rexx
- Planning, implementation and management of personnel development projects
- Moderation and co-moderation of workshops and training courses
- Analysis, controlling and reporting of projects and relevant personnel development KPIs
- Advising managers and employees in development and change processes

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in personnel development and/or training
- Strong communication and consulting skills as well as a good feel for people
- Initial experience with agile working methods and agile organisational development (project management? )
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working as well as an affinity for numbers and an interest in technical trends
- Very good command of English and good written and spoken German
- Openness to new ideas, innovative spirit and a desire for change
- High level of initiative, commitment and perseverance relevant personnel development KPIs
- Advising managers and employees in development and change processes
