Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Customer Support, German & Hungarian Speaking

LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.

YOUR TASKS: 

• Acting as the point of contact for our corporate clients regarding queries about our IT applications and systems.
• Receiving fault reports by telephone and email.
• Carrying out fault analyses and developing solutions in collaboration with our clients.
• Documenting requirements and faults in a ticketing system and escalating complex issues to colleagues in 2nd Level Support.
• Contributing to improving customer satisfaction and further developing our customer support within a close-knit, international team.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU: 

• A keen interest in IT technologies and a willingness to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics.
• Initial experience in IT customer support is an advantage.
• The ability to maintain an overview and a strong service-oriented approach, even during stressful periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Good written and spoken German and Hungarian required.
• Good written and spoken English or Romanian an advantage.
• Willingness to work shifts Mon–Sat (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
• Availability for on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7.30 am–9.30 pm).
