Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Customer Support Polish Speaking (m/f/d) at one of our locations in Spain:
  • Jerez de la Frontera
  • Sevilla
  • remotely within Spain

YOUR TASKS:

  • Primary point of contact for our corporate clients regarding IT applications and systems.
  • Receiving and processing fault reports via phone and email, ensuring timely and effective responses.
  • Collaborating with customers to analyze errors and develop appropriate solutions together.
  • Documenting requirements and issues in a ticketing system, and escalating complex problems to the 2nd level support team for resolution.
  • Contributing to customer satisfaction by actively participating in enhancing support services and supporting the continuous development of our customer support in a dynamic, international team environment.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

  • Previous experience in IT customer support is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a clear overview and deliver a high level of service orientation, even under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German and Polish.
  • Good command of written and spoken English is an advantage.
  • Willingness to participate in shift work Monday to Saturday (7:30 AM - 9:30 PM).
  • Availability for on-call duty on Sundays and public holidays (7:30 AM - 9:30 PM).
