Dev-Ops Engineer

Digitize the German midmarket with us as a DevOps Engineer
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
- Deploy, manage, and operate Kubernetes environments (EKS and traditional deployments)
- Manage AWS systems (EC2) and VMware environments
- Maintain and enhance Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Design, deploy, and evolve CI/CD pipelines
- Deploy and operate the observability stack (Prometheus, Thanos, Grafana, Elastic)
- Work on Kafka-based projects
- Participate in L2/L3 incident resolution and complex troubleshooting
- Document runbooks, procedures, and technical decisions (documentation is an essential part of the role)
- Collaborate with the Operations team on cloud, automation, and cross-functional projects

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- 1–2+ years of experience in a DevOps, Cloud, or Platform role in production environments
- Solid knowledge of Linux administration (LPIC-1 level or equivalent)
- Hands-on experience deploying and operating:Kubernetes (EKS and traditional deployments)
- Terraform
- Docker
- CI/CD pipelines
- Observability tools (Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, Elastic)
- AWS (especially EC2 and related services) - Experience with Kafka
- Experience with VMware environments is a plus
- Strong production troubleshooting skills
- Strong documentation habits and an ownership mindset
- English B2 level
