- Business partnering for internal stakeholders across Consulting and other departments
- Revenue analysis, including KPIs such as utilization rates, margins and project performance
- Month-end closing activities, including revenue review, cost accruals, and variance analysis
- Forecasting and budgeting for the Consulting segment and potentially other business areas
- Process improvement in controlling and order to cash
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales and Delivery teams

- Finance & Controlling knowledge, including P&L understanding, monthly closing processes and KPI analysis
- Strong team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- German at business level (preferred) – the team communicates regularly in German
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
