Digitize the German midmarket with us as a GEN AI Developer
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
- Further development of AI prototypes into products: You evolve existing use cases into robust, production-ready services and integrate them into our managed services portfolio.
- New development of AI applications: You design and implement new GenAI solutions, e.g., for automating business processes, intelligent data analysis, or as assistance functions for various departments.
- LLM integration and prompting: You use modern open-source frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack to integrate large language models into enterprise processes. You implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and equivalent approaches to create effective prompts for context-relevant answers.
- Shaping a modular AI platform: You contribute to building our modular, orchestratable private AI platform. For this, you develop reusable modules and APIs that seamlessly connect different AI services.
- Model development and MLOps: You train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models for specific requirements. You use tools such as Hugging Face and MLflow for experiment tracking, version management, and pipeline orchestration.
- Deployment & scaling: You implement AI solutions in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments. You ensure scalability, security, data protection compliance, and, if applicable, edge readiness.
- Teamwork & agile methods: You work in an agile way with interdisciplinary teams of data scientists, engineers, and industry experts, and you actively contribute your ideas to our GenAI development.

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- Education & experience: Degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a comparable field. Ideally, you bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NLP or generative AI.
- Technical knowledge: Excellent Python skills and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. You are familiar with current GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and work confidently with Hugging Face Transformers. Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning is a plus.
- Process development: Experience in capturing, analyzing, and improving technical processes.
- Data & infrastructure: Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ideally with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS). You are familiar with private cloud environments and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- MLOps & best practices: Knowledge of MLOps and software engineering standards. You work with version control tools (Git), CI/CD processes, and platforms like MLflow for model management.
- Analytical thinking: You analyze complex problems and develop creative AI solutions. You keep up with technological trends and actively contribute your ideas.
- Team & communication skills: You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and can explain technical content in a way tailored to different audiences – both internally and externally.
