Digitize the German midmarket with us as a GenAI Developer
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
- From Prototype to Product: You further develop existing use cases into robust, production-grade services and integrate them into our managed services portfolio.
- New AI Solutions: You design and implement new GenAI applications, such as automating business processes, enabling intelligent data analysis, or creating assistant functions for various business units.
- LLM Integration and Prompt Engineering: You work with modern open-source frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack to integrate large language models into business processes. You implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and similar techniques to generate effective prompts for context-aware responses.
- Shaping a Modular AI Platform: You contribute to building our modular, orchestratable Private AI platform by developing reusable modules and APIs that seamlessly connect various AI services.
- Model Development and MLOps: You train, fine-tune, and evaluate ML and LLM models for specific needs. You use tools like Hugging Face and MLflow for experiment tracking, versioning, and managing model pipelines.
- Deployment & Scaling: You deploy AI solutions in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises environments, with a focus on scalability, security, data protection compliance, and edge-readiness where necessary.
- Teamwork & Agile Collaboration: You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams with data scientists, engineers, and industry experts, contributing your ideas actively to our GenAI development.

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- Education & Experience: A degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a comparable field. Ideally, you have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NLP or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow. You are confident working with current GenAI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack) and Hugging Face Transformers. Knowledge in prompt engineering and fine-tuning is a plus.
- Data & Infrastructure: Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and ideally with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, ChromaDB, FAISS). You are familiar with private cloud environments and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- MLOps & Best Practices: Familiarity with MLOps and software engineering standards. You work with version control tools (Git), CI/CD processes, and platforms like MLflow for model lifecycle management.
- Analytical Thinking: You analyze complex problems and develop creative AI solutions. You keep an eye on technological trends and contribute your own ideas.
- Team & Communication Skills: You enjoy working in a team, communicate clearly, and can convey technical topics appropriately – both internally and externally.
