Digitize the German midmarket with us as a HR Tech & Automation Manager

LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.

YOUR TASKS:

Own and further develop the HR systems landscape
Analyze and automate HR processes and workflows
Develop and maintain HR reporting and Power BI dashboards
Drive the adoption of AI and automation solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
Lead HR technology and process improvement projects
Ensure high-quality HR data and efficient end-to-end processes

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Several years of experience in HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Process Excellence
Experience with HR systems such as rexx or similar platformso
Experience with reporting and analytics tools, ideally Power BI
Strong affinity for digitalization, automation, and AI
Fluent in English and German would be a plus
Analytical, structured, and self-driven working style
