- System Integration: Design, implement, and maintain integrated IT systems to support business operations.
- Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor system performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT teams and departments to ensure cohesive system integration and support.
- Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with relevant standards and regulations, including KRITIS and DORA guideline

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in system integration, preferably in a Service Operation Center environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in system integration tools and technologies, including but not limited to:
Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, macOS
Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V
Cloud Services: AWS, Azure
Security: Firewalls, IDS/IPS, encryption - Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, or similar.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a proactive approach to learning and development. Also important to be ready to work in shift system 24/7.
