Digitize the German midmarket with us as a IT Support Helpdesk
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
- End user support Business Application Support (SAP)
- Incident- and request handling
- Ticket ownership and escalation management when service level is at risk or it is a serious incident
- Write documentation and keep it up to date
- User management in SAP (creation / adaption /disabling)
- Maintain datasets in SAP

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
- High interest in IT technologies and curiosity to learn about new topics
- Initial experience in IT customer support (ServiceDesk) would be an advantage
- Solid user experience or support experience for SAP is needed
- Experience in using or support Microsoft Operating Systems and Office products (also M365) are needed
- Nice to have would also be a basic understanding of IT infrastructure
- Able to focus on customer satisfaction, also in in challenging situations
- Well-developed communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German required
