YOUR TASKS:

Advising and supporting our customers in the evaluation, implementation, optimization and operation of Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailor-made solutions.
Planning and implementation of workshops and training courses for users and administrators
Support in the preparation of technical documentation and manuals.
Management and coordination of projects in the area of Microsoft 365.
Collaborate with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery.
Continuous training and certification in the relevant Microsoft technologies.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications.
In-depth knowledge of the entire Microsoft ecosystem (all solution areas and/or product areas)
Good knowledge of Microsoft license plans
Good knowledge of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program with the associated funding and incentive programs
Several years of practical professional experience in the field of Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
In-depth knowledge of planning, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 solutions.
Experience in conducting workshops and trainings.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Independent and structured way of working.
Ability to work in a team and customer orientation.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level in each case)
