- Provide support for Microsoft 365 environments, focusing on Exchange Online & SharePoint Online.
- Manage tickets and service requests, troubleshooting and resolving user issues efficiently.
- Assist with administration, configuration, and user management.

- Mid-level experience (not beginners, but no deep expertise required).
- Strong knowledge of Exchange Online & SharePoint Online.
- Experience with on-premises Exchange and SharePoint is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a service desk environment, handling tickets & requests.
- Problem-solving mindset and customer-oriented approach.
