Dashboarding: Develop and maintain automated Power BI reports and KPIs.
Data Modeling: Design robust data structures and complex DAX measures.
ETL: Manage data integration from various sources (ERP/CRM) via Power Query.
Financial Analysis: Perform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and forecasting.
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and optimize commercial profitability.
Reporting: Transform complex data into actionable management insights.

WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:

Power BI Visual Design
Dashboard design, UX, storytelling, clear visual hierarchies
Data modeling for reporting
Model performance & best practices (aggregation, reduce cardinality), DAX & Metrics
Safe handling of DAX (CALCULATE, FILTER, Time Intelligence, KPI-Patterns)
Financial KPI logic (e.g., periods, YTD, rolling 12, variance)
Security (RLS)
Row-Level Security: Roles, dynamic RLS patterns, testing
Deployment & Operation
Workspace/app concept, deployment pipelines, refresh strategies
Monitoring of refresh rates and usage, documentation for end users
Basic Finance & Controlling knowledge (e.g. P&L statements, monthly closure process)
English or German fluently
SAP S/4 HANA skills desirable
