Digitize the German midmarket with us as a Senior DevOps Engineer
LAY FOUNDATIONS. ENSURE EFFICIENCY.
• Design, deployment, and maintenance of Kubernetes clusters (AKS, EKS, or self-managed)
• Implementation of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform and/or ARM templates
• Development and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Administration of cloud resources in Azure and AWS (VMs, Networking, Storage, DNS, Firewalls)
• Support and automation of Linux-based workloads (Ubuntu, RedHat) including container runtime environments (Docker, containerd)
• Integration of monitoring/logging with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, and Azure Monitor
• Clear documentation of pipelines, IaC, and operational procedures in Confluence
• Collaboration with sysadmin, network, and application teams to ensure reliable and scalable delivery
• Participation in incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and remediation of DevOps-related issues

USE SKILLS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW.
• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineer roles within production environments
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes: deployments, services, ingress controllers, namespaces, Helm charts
• Proficiency with Terraform for IaC (minimum 2 years) and experience managing multi-environment deployments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred, others valued) including YAML pipeline definitions
• Operational knowledge of Azure cloud (VMs, VNets, Firewalls, Log Analytics, Entra ID) and familiarity with AWS basics
• Linux administration skills: package management, systemd, logs, users/permissions, basic troubleshooting
• Containerization expertise with Docker and orchestration in cloud environments
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging stacks: Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, ELK/EFK
• Scripting capabilities with Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Business fluent English (B2 minimum) for international communication
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Certifications valued: CKAD/CKA (Kubernetes), Terraform Associate, Azure Administrator/DevOps, AWS Associate
• Previous experience in consulting or MSP environments highly valued
• Availability to participate in on-call rotation
